Stampin Stray Ducklings’ January Blog Waddle

Welcome to the first Stampin Stray Ducklings’ Blog Waddle of 2020! Seems like we were worried about Y2K not very long ago! This month we are featuring cards from the new Mini-Catalog. You may have arrived here from Nancy Legate’s blog.  Following me is Kim Baker’s blog. Let us know what you think of our projects!

I created my card using the Honey Bee stamp set (#151527) and the coordinating Detailed Bees Dies (#151526). The card base is Whisper White with a layer of Crushed Curry under the top layer of Whisper White. I colored the bumble bees with the Crushed Curry Stampin’ Write Marker and popped the little one on a Stampin’ Dimensional. The little dots came from the My Meadow stamp set. There is a bundle (#153792) with 10% savings and a Honey Bee Project Collection (#154225) if you are a brand new stamper.

Paper Crafting December Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators December blog hop! You will find Christmas designs for gifts! Just in time to finish your wrapping!

I chose the Perfectly Plaid photopolymer stamp set (#149418) with the coordinating Pine Tree Punch (#149521) for my Christmas gift card holder. They are also available in a Bundle (#151143) at a 10% savings!

The card base is Real Red with Shaded Spruce accents. The Designer Series Paper is the Wrapped in Plaid 6×6 Specialty Designer Series Paper (#149596)! So pretty!

The ribbon is Gold 3/8″ Metallic-Edged (#144146) and a tiny bit of retired Real Red 1/8″ ribbon. I used the Delightful Tag Topper Punch (#149518) and put it between the Shaded Spruce background and the Whisper White piece.

Isn’t the Merry Christmas stamp in this set so beautiful?! There is a Shaded Spruce punched tree behind the stamped tree. I cut it up the middle and pushed it just past the edges of the stamped tree. It is raised up with dimensionals.

Stampin Stray Ducklings’ Blog Waddle

Welcome to the Stampin Stray Ducklings’ Blog Waddle for December! This month we are featuring Christmas cards. You may have arrived here from Nancy Legate’s blog.  Following me is Kim Baker’s blog. Let us know what you think of our projects!

I created my card using the Making Christmas Bright (#148046) and Merry Christmas to All (#147702) stamp sets. The card base is Real Red with a layer of Shimmery White at an angle. I used the Merry Christmas Dies (#147912) to cut “Merry” in Gold Glimmer Paper (#146958 ). I used Crumb Cake to stamp the stars and “Bright” once and then a second and third time without re-inking.

You will have no shipping charges on Wednesday, December 11th on an order of $50 or more, before tax. I will combine orders under $50 so everyone can enjoy the savings! Have fun shopping!
