Tuesday Tip – Score your cardstock base, the score line is indented

Fold the base so the indented side is the “mountain” and the score line that extends goes to the inside of the card

this makes a really nice folded edge!

Yesterday was our daughter’s birthday! She loves blue and this is the card I sent to her.

With Sale-a-bration ending, it only feels right to send it out in style with one last party . . . a Sale-A-Bration Retirement Party! For the month of August only, Stampin’ Up! is doing something that’s never been done before—they’re offering some of the 2025 Sale-A-Bration items (products officially discontinued at the end of February 2025) as Last Chance Products! The party starts today, 5 August with this Last Chance Products refresh!

Clue #1 Vertical/Portrait card, Gather your supplies:
Colored Card Stock: card base*
– 1 @ 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 OPTIONAL If putting this on the back of your card, cut your DSP to only 5-1/4 TALL X 12 WIDE.
DSP:
– 1 @ 5-1/2 TALL x 12 WIDE, best to like both sides of your DSP. You will see more of one side than the other. Score at 3, 6-1/2, 10-1/2. Your front of card will be the left end 3” panel; fold mountain, valley, valley.
White/Vanilla Card Stock (CS):
– 1 or 2 @ approx. 3 x 4-1/2 Rectangle, Oval, Arch, Label or a little smaller. There are SO many options to finish your card. I used ovals matted with oval scallops behind, 2 sizes of the old Deco Labels Dies, and more. Look at the samples to see what you might like to do for your card!
Embellishments:
– for embellishments, use something that goes along with your DSP. You can use a lot or just a little.
I hope you like this easy fun-fold card! Please join us if you like to make a card without knowing what it is until you are done!!
Tuesday Tip – To be certain you get a longer stamp on your block straight, put the stamp face down using a line on your stamping grid paper,

put the block on top of the stamp,

then ink and stamp!

Please answer this travel question below in comments & have a great day!!

Here is a great tip for DSP and embellishments. Pull the excess packaging to one side.

Cut off the sealed edge of the packaging.

Easily slide the DSP or embellishment pack out the side without dealing with the adhesive at the top!
