Welcome to our October Paper Crafting Blog Hop with Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the world! Each demonstrator is featuring projects for fall!
You may have arrived here from Julia’s blog. She had a wonderful project! I started my card with the new Gorgeous Leaves bundle (#158609). The card base is Cinnamon Cider stamped all over with the 3 little leaves stamp from the Gorgeous Leaves cling stamp set (#153365). I die cut a piece of Basic White with the rectangle from the Nature’s Thoughts Dies (#153586). I stamped the center of that panel with the dots from Gorgeous Leaves and the sentiment from Lovely You (#1535350 in Cinnamon Cider. Next I used the open leaf from the Intricate Leaves Dies (#153566) to die cut leaves in Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry and Cherry Cobbler. Those are gathered and anchored with a bow of Gold Shimmer Ribbon ($152156). A nice quick card great for upcoming fall birthdays or telling someone you are so very thankful for them!
I also added a border of leaves on the inside Basic White panel.

All day Wednesday, October 20th, all cling stamp sets in the Annual Catalog will be 15% off.
- Stampin’ Up! wanted to ensure enough stamp sets would be available for everyone! As they’re still experiencing effects from an earlier supply shortage, they wanted to prevent potential frustration and provide products in sufficient supply.
- The bright side? They’re offering more discounted stamp sets than ever before! With the exception of Host stamp sets, every cling stamp set featured in the 2021–2022 Annual Catalog will be on sale. What a treat!
- If you’re not familiar with our cling stamp sets, watch this video for the basics.
You can place an order through me, or shop directly through my online store. Tomorrow the store will have a category titled “Stamp Sale” that displays every stamp set on sale to ensure a quick and easy shopping experience.
I had the honor of sending a 60th wedding anniversary to a couple in our church. I have known them for many decades. They are very special people.
Welcome to our monthly Blog Waddle! This month we are featuring Thank you or Thanksgiving projects. You may have arrived here from Lori Helvick’s blog. Following me is Kim Baker’s blog. Which is your favorite?
I love to make Thanksgiving cards. It is important to me to tell people how very special they are to me and how thankful I am to have them in my life. I chose the Pretty Pumpkins Bundle (#156478)! It contains the Pretty Pumpkins cling stamp set (#156472) and the coordinating Detailed Pumpkins Dies (#156477). Purchasing the bundle saves you 10%!
I used a Cajun Craze card base with a layer of Bumblebee. Next are two pieces of Harvest Meadow 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper (#156494). A piece of Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace (#149593) was tied around the BumbleBee and DSP layer). The large pumpkin was stamped in Crumb Cake and the trio of pumpkins in Soft Suede. Stampin Blends added some color and highlights to all of them. The largest pumpkin was die-cut from the copper sheet in the Brushed Metallic Cardstock (#153524) package. The message was stamped in Cajun Craze on Basic White.
