Our youngest great-nephew turned 2 in November!

Welcome to our December Blog Waddle! We are featuring holiday cards this month!! You may have arrived here from Lori Helvick’s blog. Following me is Nancy Legate’s blog.
I picked the Christmas Pinecone Dies (#156309) for my card. The card base is Bermuda Bay with the gorgeous pines die cut in Basic White. The solid pinecones were die cut from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack (#156457) and placed under the pinecone cutouts. A scalloped circle was die cut from the Silver Foil using the Layering Circles Dies (#151770). The sentiment is from Framed & Festive (#160888) stamped in Bermuda Bay on Basic White and die cut with a circle die from the Layering Circles Dies. I finished my card with Glittered Organdy Ribbon (#156408) under the sentiment and Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#144220).
Do you like non-traditional Christmas cards?

Here are the cards we made Monday night during our Mystery Stamping Zoom. We started with a half sheet of card stock, 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″. Then cut off the top half of the front of the card. Add the strip on the bottom, open up the card and place 3 pieces of coordinating DSP at the top of the white or vanilla insert. Add a sentiment and die cuts or stamped embellishments and your easy card is done!!!
If you would like to join us, please contact me and provide an email address. I will send out the Mystery Stamping Clues ahead of time with the Zoom invitation. We meet at 7:30 Central Time for about 40 minutes.

Our youngest grandson turned three near the end of October and this seemed like a perfect card for him!

I was commissioned to create a card for a friend to give to her friend upon the opening of her new hair and nail business! If you need a very specialized card, I can probably create one for you!
