Paper Crafting Blog Hop – July-December Mini-Catalog

Welcome to our September Paper Crafting Blog Hop with Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the world! Each demonstrator is featuring projects created with products found in the fabulous July-December Mini-Catalog!

You may have arrived here from Shirley’s blog. She had a great project! My card features the fun Rustic Harvest 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper (#159633) part of the Rustic Harvest Suite Collection (#159648). There are so many fun patterns in this big assortment of DSP!

The card base is Basic Black, an 8-1/2″ x 11″ sheet cut into quarters. I piece of the DSP is adhered to one panel and cut with the 4th from the largest Stitched Rectangle Die (#151820). I fussy cut another piece of the DSP to decorate the frame. Two more panels of Basic Black are scored and have two panels of DSP adhered to each. These are attached to the final Basic Black card base. Two strips of Basic Black are adhered to the back of the frame and the ends of the “curtain panels” are put through the loops. This creates the mechanism for this theater card.

The inside panel can be used for a greeting, sentiment or additional DSP panel. My card has the sentiment from Pansy Patch (#154999) on Basic White, matted on Crushed Curry.

The July-December mini-catalog has so many wonderful items for all of your fall and holiday cards, scrapbooking, paper crafting, and gift giving needs!
