Paper Crafting Blog Hop – Online Exclusives!

So happy you are hopping through our June Paper Crafting Blog Hop with Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world featuring products found in the Online Exclusives section on the Stampin’ Up! website! Below my card is a list of links to all of the participating bloggers. Here’s a little preview of my card:

My card features the Quiet Reflection stamp set (#162689). The card base is Mossy Meadow with a layer of Old Olive. On a layer of Basic White, I used a Blending Brush (#153611) to add Pool Party to the background. I stamped the larger stamp in the set in Mossy Meadow. Next I used Sponge Daubers (#133773) to add Old Olive and Lost Lagoon to the stamped area and just off the edges of the stamped scene. The sentiment is stamped in Mossy Meadow on a Deckled Circle Die (#162286). Two Brushed Brass Butterflies (#158136) complete my card.

Stamping Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle-embossing folders!

Welcome to our June Blog Waddle! We call ourselves ducklings, so we waddle from blog to blog instead of hopping!! We are featuring projects using Embossing Folders. Here is a sneak peek of my card. I love the deep lines and detail of the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder! Such amazing texture!

I began with a Basic White base, scored at 4-1/4. I used the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder (#162935) on a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White. It is embossed partially from one end and then a little bit from the other end, leaving a blank area between for the sentiment. The flowers are from Adoring Hearts stamp set (#162563), stamped in Memento Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends. Then I fussy cut them out. I stamped the sentiment from Cheerful Daisies (#161290) in Bubble Bath. Easy, but stunning card.
